My Story
Why I love what I do
Hello, I'm Sarah the designer and maker of Sassafrass Designs.
I live in Florida with my husband, two amazing daughters and our two dogs.
I have always been the type to have fun with home and diy projects. (my hubby just loves when I come up with a new project idea). sassafrass Designs was born after I made shirts for my oldest daughters horse show in 2019. The shirts were so fun to make and a new addiction was quickly realized for me.
To this day, my favorite thing to do is bring a blank tee to life with a custom design.
How did I choose my business name?
My late Grandpa had nicknames for all his family members. I was Silly Sal and Sassafrass. I have always loved Sassafrass and to honor him, I figured it was only natural to make it a part of my business name.
